i am incapable of healthy sleep. i forgot to take sleeping pills at the right time tonight so i have been wide awake, wide awake it is almost 5 am and all i have are terribly congested sinuses and hours of wakefulness before me i think i'm going to read a book in bed. that usually puts me down. |
