today i decided to have leftovers for lunch since i have quite a variety to choose from (this means i need to clean out the fridge), so i remembered that i had some grilled chicken in there, then i remembered i had some lettuce, and i was like YES! caesar salad time. THEN, remembering some couple days old hoagie rolls on the bread rack, i was like "treat yo self, fool!" and made some motherfucking homemade croutons. while i was at it, i shaved some parm over the whole thing. 10/10 would do again. |
