his birthday is on friday. i have celebrated 2 birthdays with him, and he said he couldn't think of a better person to have enjoyed them with. i am so happy. we also were talking about some seriousness, about how i needed to move up there pretty soon. i was discussing this with my mom yesterday at lunch, and she didn't seem to be upset about it; she was sort of like yes, just try to choose an affordable area. not like, oh no, you're moving too fast, are you sure about this, you just bought your house, etc. totally accepting of our relationship. but he and i were talking about where we wanted to move, what kind of house we wanted to look for, and all that stuff. this is fucking real. i drank a highball of straight vodka with dinner so i can't really elaborate more right now ... my brother and his girlfriend came in from virginia this afternoon, so i took them grocery shopping and made them a delicious dinner and am now trying to shake my drunkenness but it's not going away as quickly as i thought it would. he texted me three times today to tell me he missed me. |
