this is super duper random, but it was just a "huh." and i'm just sitting here eating dinner so i thought i'd write about it. so like, i have adorable feet. they're just really cute. they're a good size, my toes aren't weird, and i get pedicures and stuff because i'm a fancy woman and i always think that one of the best ways to build more confidence is to enhance your best features. so i'd said to best friend a couple months ago that you can tell when a guy is a serious foot fetish guy from a mile away because you'll be talking to him and he'll be staring at your feet the whole time. i'd been with boss and we were standing in a group talking with a bunch of dudes and this one guy was like, in there. i think that he looked at my face for a total of no more than 3 seconds during our ~10 minute conversation. he was zeroed in. best friend and i then discussed how weird foot fetishes are to us, and how we don't get them at all, but to each his own. today i was reading about publishing on kndl because apparently erotica is HUGE. and i've always written erotica for my own enjoyment, and then of course i had the immensely popular sex blog on tmblr before they deactivated me for some controversial content. SO many followers. so sad.) anyway, i love writing and people liked it. so i think i'm going to start to do that with some of my mostly finished stuff to see how it goes. and i'm reading these forums and people are discussing what READERS what to see in written erotica, because obviously it's completely different from visual media. the topic was foot fetishes, and there were so many people who said they didn't get it either. then this user who actually HAD a foot fetish, and who wrote in this niche, said that for people who are into feet, the foot itself is attractive. like, just how there are "breast men" and "ass men" and "girls who love hands" and forearms and muscles and shit. it's just another sexualized body part for them. just like you would appreciate and become aroused by really excellent boobs, or a perfect butt, they are attracted to feet. i know that seems like really kind of obvious once someone puts it that way, but it just seems weird to someone who views feet as completely neutral. maybe it's just me. but it always just sort of seemed on par with like, yeah, i'm really really into earlobes. awww man that guy's got such sexy elbows. like wot? haha so anyway. now i understand. but then it made me think of a long time ago when i was working with guy best friend. we were like 18 and 21 or something at the time. i was wearing flip flops and had my toes all done and he was just standing there next to me, staring at my feet. i was filing receipts or something and out of nowhere he was like, "hey. you have really nice feet." and i was like hey, thanks? that was random? and he did this weird loud throat clearing thing he always does and said something like "yeah, well ... they are." and i always always have remembered that, and i thought it was so fucking RANDOM at the time because he is an extremely reticent kind of guy. we never commented on each others' appearance except when we were being sarcastic douches. so not only was it random but it always kind of made me even more confident about how my feet are, because if guy best friend actually said words about them, out loud, then they must be something. but then it also made me wonder ... is he a secret foot guy? he's soooo straight laced and uptight. this guy is soooooooo tightly wound, i can't even convey it. so for him to have a little something unusual about him? that would be kind of fun. |
